- What would I do after the sale?

- Options become limited

Instead of asking: “When should I sell?”
A more useful question is: “If the right opportunity showed up, would I be ready?”

- You start preparing earlier
- You evaluate your business through a buyer’s lens
- You think more intentionally about your personal goals
And over time, you build something far more valuable than timing:
Optionality.
